While numerous seed capital firms exist to launch startup phase companies, many small to medium size businesses still lack access to capital, and more importantly, the industry specific expertise to expand past the size their current management have plateaued at.
Ocean Consulting fills this void with industry specific knowledge and operations on a partner level. Capital is provided, but the focus remains on intangible assets such as process improvement, technology modernization, and placement of C level teams that can navigate our partners business into new territory and scope.
